The Opportunity

One of the fastest growing newcomers in the travel industry, Fora Travel, asked us to create a branded experience that would drive higher engagement among their existing Advisor-base, travel partners, and industry sponsors.

Our Solution

Leveraging our expertise in immersive storytelling and experiential design, we transformed an iconic music venue into a tribute to the history of travel. We focused on creating an atmosphere that captivated guests, partners, and sponsors alike, and aligned with Fora Travel's mission, ensuring authentic conversations and connections.

Creative Implementation

To bring this vision to life, we created an evening that captured the brand’s bold presence in the travel industry. From a first-class lounge to check-in desks, along with travel-inspired details, every element of the event felt like its own upper-deck getaway. A highlight was a stunning stage backdrop—a tribute to a vintage airplane— serving as the centerpiece for engaging speaking sessions and the perfect setting for guest selfies.

True to Moonage, every touch counted—from a 60's trompe l'oeil stage backdrop that made it feel like takeoff, to the smallest details that set the tone. The result? A sold-out event and a remarkable 13x increase in guest attendance from the previous year.
